Review Day
The faithfulness of God continually bears blessed fruit! To be so privileged as to serve our King and Lord by carefully teaching these young minds concerning the excellencies of Christ is an experience of profound and incredible humbling. In the month of May of the year two thousand and twenty-three, the Lord's work commenced with but eight students; today, we are blessed to number twenty-one. In the months that have passed, some few have departed or were drawn away by their parents to attend the conventional Roman Catholic mass, yet many more still came in their stead, proving that the work is of God and not man.
When we first arrived upon this field, we prayed fervently that our Heavenly Father would open doors for us to share the Gospel with the families dwelling within this compound. And in His boundless wisdom, God sent us the children in direct answer to our humble petition. By this divine arrangement, we are reaching two generations rather than just one. These blessed children shall be the very ones to deliver the Gospel message to their own homes and families, a saving measure that grants us valuable time in the pressing hour of missionary work. For while their families may refuse to listen to our foreign voice, they will surely listen to the voices of their own beloved children.

Since that time, the blessed work of instruction hath continued diligently. The young minds have now taken up a thorough study of the Covenants and the profound Attributes of God, which the dedicated teachers have wisely simplified into an easy-to-understand format geared precisely toward the apprehension of children. Great emphasis is placed upon the Decalogue, asserting God as its divine Author, explaining the reason for receiving this Holy Law, and enforcing the vital need to obey its every command. The diligent memorization of Scripture and an in-depth study of the Catechism are rightly deemed an indispensable part of the established curriculum.
For their study of the Holy Scriptures, the teachers have judiciously determined to commence with the Gospel according to Matthew, and to work their steady way through every chapter until they shall finally reach the sublime truths of the Revelation of Jesus Christ. Every ten or twelve topics within the book, which allow for a review every three months, culminates in a thorough examination utilizing a modern tool known as Kahoot, thus making the instruction both intensely engaging and a great source of joyful learning for the children. This commitment to both sound doctrine and diligent pedagogy is a sure sign of the Spirit's blessing.
It hath deeply pleased the LORD to grace the devoted teachers—who freely give their time and their meager earthly resources—with a spiritual burden for the salvation of these precious souls, and to grant them the necessary wisdom to communicate the eternal truths of Scripture faithfully unto them. The preparation of the lessons is truly no meager task; yet, it is rendered as nothing if weighed against the awesome accountability that ever comes with the handling of the human soul.
It is a source of continuous amazement to hear the little ones answer simple questions in a manner that reveals a depth and a profoundness of understanding that is truly beyond their years. Such is the clarity of their spiritual apprehension of the lessons that we can do nothing else but fall down and praise God for His sovereign and irresistible grace working powerfully in the hearts of the youngest of children.

The whole of our humble gathering doth daily remember these young souls in the family worship within their homes, in our dedicated weekly prayer meetings, and in our solemn monthly seasons of fasting and prayer. We are perpetually pleading with the LORD that He would graciously move upon the parents to continue allowing their children this vital opportunity to study the Sacred Word with us. The Father's faithfulness is thus made manifest: The eldest of the students, who was with us in the work from its very beginning, now joins our assembly in regular Sunday worship. This single soul is a first fruit granted by the LORD, a promise among many more that He is assuredly raising up for Himself. We continue in earnest intercession, for the power to overcome the world resides not in our labor, but in the prevailing power of God's own people upon their knees.

We receive no help from outside, and rely exclusively on God to provide for the work, making our needs known only to Him. He never fails to send in the answers and provisions. This is His work. We are merely grateful stewards.
